Large Portraits for possible framing (maybe taken out of frames) and Postcards were given to Parents and family members of both sides of the family in many cases...therefore you can encounter them as time goes on when family members pass away and they are sold at flea markets, estate sales or even thrown away and found in the trash.

Does anybody know how many copies of post card photos would have been made on average? This sort of question came up in a recent conversation so any insight would be appreciated.
