American, not German, but you cant deny she's a looker. The actual photo is much sharper and clearer then my poor pic. Its alo really large like 18 by 12. Does anyone know anthing about her insignia?

The uniform does not appear to be US at least not WAC or Navy almost looks more Commonwealth. That said the sleeve rating appears to be a US Navy rating for Storekeeper.
