Is it Generalleutnant Theodor Scherer? Does anyone else have a Scherer signature to compare it to?

According to Mehner "Die deutsche Wehrmacht. Führung und Truppe", Scherer took over command on 5.9.1942.......as Adem mentioned it should be Friedrich Fürst.

Fürst...that is what I though when comparing Scherer and Fürst.
