Hi,

The Lufttransportführer beim Generalquartiermeister from 1 Oct 1941 - 14 May 1943 was Oberst Friedrich-Wilhelm Morzik, so neither the rank nor the signature fit. There has been something added in writing after the typed "Oberstleutnant", so apparently someone signed om behalf of Morzik.
