What nationality is this uniform?

Does anybody know what nationality this uniform is? Czech perhaps? It doesnt seem German to me, though this is a prewar photo of a person who was later a member of the German army.

To me it looks like an Austro-Hungarian, i am no expert tho.

It´s a Czechoslovakian (not Czech) prewar uniform. The owner was probably a ethnic German (Sudetendeutscher).
