Indeed, 100% Nederlandsche SS, note the diamond with SS on right sleeve.

Indeed taken at Avegoor during the Leistungsrunen awarding, it's a bit less known (till now!) as the other pictures from the event floating on the net.

I was thinking the other day about the guy who used the dye remover on a black uniform, and was thinking possibly they dyed German made uniforms black for supporting countries to wear officially, and also for some of the later annexed countries hitler took back. I saw some photos of folks wearing the black uniforms, and thought to myself, could the guy have made a mistake removing the dye. Nice photo.
