          mail from Adolf Hitler's residence

the telegram is dated August 23. 1945, that means that the war in Europe was over (08 mai 1945), so some allied soldier must have written this I guess

Of course! The Allied soldier used this telegram blank to write a note home! What fun!

"Do you know why the handwriting are on English?"

Because after the war Hitler escaped to Australia, from where he had to write his correspondence in English to fit in. Mr and Ms Wolffe were the code names for Eva Braun and Göering.
You can guess what "busy as ever" is code word for.

              Very neat piece.

Australia, eh?? I thought he fled to Argentina where he lived for decades at a secluded compound in the forest, created for him by Juan Peron and Martin Bormann! But Australia sounds as good a bet, after all, since Hitler could have used the English he learned when he lived with his brother and sister-in-law in Liverpool from November of 1912 until April, 1913!
