Hitler & Himmler signature on Document

Can anyone tell me anything about this Document .
I ts a promotion from Regierungsrat to Oberregirungsrat given to
a Ludwig Chantre in January 43.
The document is signed by Hitler and Himmler
So if I cut get some opinions,it would be great,
What do you think about the document and the signatures.

The Hitler signature is a facsimile and the Himmler signature is handwritten.
