Photo authenticity request

Hi folks,

I had posted these General Lt. RKT winner Erwin Rauch photos on the 'Generals' thread and a WAF member kindly contacted me and advised me that he suspected that they were modern reprints. Could I please get some second opinions before speaking to the seller?

scan an image of the backs. this may help in determining if they are period or not.

You can also ask if the paper glows under UV light. Not 100%, but a good indicator of whether or not the paper's period. If it glows, the paper has some modern day (post 1960'ish) bleaches in it.
Once you have the photo, if you scan it in at a high resolution, you can blow it up and see if it's pixelated. This will show if it's a scanned print or not.
