I have a question:

What is this badge on Hitler's arm and what means initials, during Hitler's visit in Italy from 3 till 9 May 1938 during the signature of the Pact of Steel, please?

Well, yes, it would help to see the photo..

But I went back and looked at my own postcard collection from this event, and I had never noticed.....

Hitler was wearing some kind of triangle-shaped armband with the Italian symbol on it (directly above his swastika armband), and Mussolini with wearing a triangle-shaped armband (same border as Hitler's), but with an Eagle on it- presumably a German eagle.
No doubt to show solidarity, partnership, blah, blah, blah.

Rather than an armband, it might be stitched onto their uniforms like a cloth badge.

I don't spot any initials, but maybe your photo will show us.

Many other commemorations of this event show FÜHRER - DUX, the latter presumably being an Italian version of Duce, referring to Mussolini.

I think you are referring to the Italian Fascist Party emblem that Hitler wore attached to his tunic as a mark of respect for his visitor. I believe Mussolini wore NSDAP insignia on his tunic also during this visit.
