Help with Dachau photo and Building photo

Hi

I have two photo's I would like help identifying.
1) The first one is marked Lager Dachau on the reverse. It appears to be a photo of a garden area--I was told it appears to be the Herb Garden at Dachau??
2) The second is a photo of a building marked Marine Hitler. It is flying a Youth flag as well..

Oh, I forgot to mention,, Does anyone know where the Marine Hitler building was? City??

I suspect we're not seeing a third word on the building:

Marine - Hitler - Jugend

It was a division of the Hitler Youth that taught kids seafaring skills.
They also assisted as a water rescue auxiliary to the Kriegsmarine.

I'd guess the building would be in Hamburg or Bremen.
