hi guys, as i rarely see these around I was wandering if this is an original item, and what is a decent price for it? I was offered it for about 15e, should I take it?

It looks okay to me. Does the 15 euro include postage? I think that's about as high as I'd go for it, considering condition and so forth.

It's 100% original, but sadly in poor condition. 15 Euro is a fair selling price for you the seller.
One can find really nice condition ones in the 35-40 Euro each range. Condition is everything.
