Usually it is not difficult to recognize Hitler in any picture...however in this photo I can see only 3 planes and many figures...sorry.

It is most likely celebration for the birthday of king Boris, 30 January. His last, in fact. Not the king there, probably air force officer, or even the Commander of the Air Force, and a priest. Hitler never visited here.
