Panzer crew photo - what uniforms?

Hello. I just found this foto of 4 Panzer men again. As I don't have a lot of knowledge about uniforms, can someone tell me what kind of pants the 2nd guy from the left wears? They seem to be different than the other ones.

They look like standard Pz trousers, just tight fitting. If you enlarge the photo you can make out the flaps on the pockets.

All standard. They look like a pretty decent crew. I'm sure there were lots of stories to tell if they survived.
