Names of Luftwaffe Ground Soldiers in the Channel Islands!

Hi there, I am new to the forum and live in Jersey, Channel Islands. Does anybody know, via death cards, documents, registers etc, any names of Luftwaffe personnel who were stationed in Jersey or the Channel Islands.

Also can anyone provide me with some names of Luftwaffe ground troops who died in Normandy?

Just before last Christmas, I read in a local newspaper that an old Fieldpost letter from Jersey arrived after 71 years (like 9 others).
But I can´t find the story now again in printed form.
