    Dutch POW document Bescheinigung?

    Hello,
I bought a dozen of these documents because they looked interesting and belonged to Ducth citizen.

    Some facts:
    - Each document is for 1 person
    - All persons seem to have been born in Amsterdam
    - All persons were employed by Amsterdam
    - All persons are listed as roadworkers
    - Each dokument is stamped at the front by the "Lanstrassenbevollmachtigte beim Wehrmachtbefehlshaber in den Niederlande"
    - they are marked at the back with Dienststelle Feldpostnummer 08698 Dienststempel and a STALAG kdtur marking (without number)

    Now comes a strange detail.
1 of those bescheinigungen also has a Wehrmacht document attached to it.
It says that the person can't be transported.

Now the roadworker suddenly is called "sold.", from soldat or soldier.
He can't have been a german soldier since he was born in Amsterdam, but than it would be a former Dutch soldier.

That makes me think if the other persons might also have been soldiers.

Can someone help me out what this is for a document?

IS there a way to find out where Feldpostnummer 08698 is from?

    Thanks,
    Frank

As you can see it's a letter from the doctor that he's to sick to be transported. It seems indeed he was a Dutsch soldier.

The Feldpostnummer on the stamp on the back is from Stalag 315.

        Feldpostnummer 08698
        (1.2.1941-11.7.1941) Stalag 315.

Got a Ausweis from Venlo, with same feldpostnumber on the back:

The document dated 12.4.43 from a Venlo local office certifies that he was working in an agrcultural department since 28 March 1943.

The stamp on the back (no date and no signature!) of the document comes from the Stalag 315.
