I won't even guess at the origin of the handwriting and signature nor what the personalization translates to -- I've been over-ruled too many times here! -- but I can confirm that the wife of Reichsleiter and Chief of the Führer's Personal Chancellery Philipp Bouhler was Helene (Helli) Bouhler. Anyone able to read the note?
