Is this Donitz???

Hi,
I can buy this picture and the seller says that the guy in the middle, with the visor cap, is donitz.I don't think it's him but I wonna hear more opinions.

Hi Gilles, I would agree with you. Even though the pic is a bit blurry, to me it does not look like him.

Any inscription on the photo? Looks like my favourite KM officer KzS Rolf Johannesson shaking hands, he's my favourite because I have his RK & RK award document in my collection.

Any chance you can try to make a better scan of the face?
