unexpected find in the mail today

Received this one with about 6 others. I didn't notice this in when I bid but whaen I had them in my hands... Well the fellow on the left is in a SS wrapper!

The strange thing, at least to me, is I don't see a sleeve eagle. Any one think that the picture was retouched?
