Help needed identify vehicle

Hi everybody,

I recently got this series of pics. I know that this is somewhere in Russia and these are supposed to be german vehicles ( )
But what the hell is the vehicle on the 3rd pic
Is this a dragster race somewhere in Russia between 1941 and 1944
Any help is appreciated,

It looks like something Herman Munster would drive. Just a guess on my part but that cannon barrel on the first wagon must be mounted to something, maybe this????
