I need info about this pic where we can see an old man wearing a kind of admiral uniform,may be VOLKSMARINE but i don,t know what uniform is it and i need to know all the details of the picture and too the translation of words written in german language......

I read about this adrimal a while back. he was a adrimal in the east german navy known as
"the red adrimal" because of his involvement in the uprising in nov.4 1918 communist german sailors in kiel.his rank was a honorary bestowment. he never wore sleeve insignia like the appointed adrimals. i'll try to find his name.
