You have Field Marshal Wilhelm Keitel on Adolf's Left. I don't know the staff Officer. The General with the Knights Cross of the War Merit Cross is General der Pioniere Alfred Jacob.

Hi,
The officer between Hitler and Jacob is Erich Kahsnitz(Generalmajor)

This picture ( and much better quality can be freely found on the internet) has been discussed before. I am not sure if it was Kahsnitz. The cuff title did suggest Großdeutschland and the Deustch Kreuz in Gold didn't violate Jacob having gotten the KVK RK in terms of time line. There is only one commonly seen pic of Kahsnitz and there is some slight resemblance.

But I believe previous discussions and a better pic would show his waffenfarbe was black -- pionier made all the more plausible by him standing to the Gen di Pi. Kahsnitz would wear green (he was a Jäger) and then white as GD Füsilier
