Are these Bundesarchiv photos, how can I find out?

First photo shows the fort at La Napoule near Cannes.

Yes, exactly, do you know if it is a Bundesarchiv photo, and if it is, what the references are?
There are several other photos taken in the castle as well.
It is nice (though illegal) to see these photos on forums and to be made aware that they exist; but it is extremely frusterating to see people posting them as if they were their personal property, not only without giving proper and complete credit, but simply witout giving even one single word of credit such as 'bundesarchiv'.

So nobody know what Bundesarchiv photographer may have taken these pictures. I believe several of the last ones I posted were used in a french Militaria Magasine article several years ago, so they should be referenced in there. However I do not have a copy of the managsine myself...
