While not in my specific line of collecting, I just couldn't resist picking up this superb little 8.9 cm x 5.9 cm Sturmtrupp photo (seen here cropped and watermarked). Note that each of the soldiers has the Infantry Assault Badge in Silver, the EK2 (ribbon), wears a white soutache on his overseas cap, with 3 of the four being pictured with their MP 40 (the best part of the photo - 
). Also note the extreme youth of these four soldiers – very young lads that have clearly proven themselves in combat (most likely in a platoon - or otherwise - position of command). Photo claimed by the seller to have been taken in France, 1944.
*** As noted, as this photo is not in my specific area of collecting, I would definitely consider trading (not selling) this superb little Sturmtrupp photo for a SS Hund photo (only) of the same quality (PM’s on this are welcome).
