Black Shirts and other photos...need insight!

These all came from the same vet, a U.S. armoured calvary man (my uncle). Unfortunately he passed away so I don't know how he came across them but check them out. Any insight as to who what where why these guys are I'd be more than happy to know. Thanks alot!

Thanks for the info. No there is nothing on the back of them. Some have black scruff from where they had been glued down but nothing that would tell me who or what's going on. I'll look closer at the cuff title and get back to you. Thanks again!
