Gen.Maj. Ewald Kraeber (DKiG).

But i cannot confirm, whether that is his signature.

I agree with Archi. According to Wikipedia: "Generalmajor Ewald Kräber - 18 November 1943 - 9 June 1944," though they do not provide an example of Kräber's signature for comparison.
