Fake "SS Charlemagne" documents on Ebay

    Hi,

Ebay member beck-german-rarity is flooding Ebay.de with fake "SS Charlemagne" documents for months...

A good tip i already gave in the past :

No divisional stamp of the "Charlemagne" ever existed. Period. All the documents available that are using a division stamp are bogus. CQFD.

Usual fakes that are proposed by the seller. Please notice that not only the stamps are bogus, but all the fake "ground orders" are just historical fantasy.

    See You

      Hi,

yeah the "over-stamped" documents are always suspicious.

Here is the special "Top Seven" of the errors and inacurracies about the first "document" :

1 - "Mit Kradmelder" : expression not used (at least in the "Charlemagne") for field orders...
2 - "2 März 45" : wrongly spelled (should be 2 März 1945) and in that day the Brigade was already in Körlin, the main units left Neustettin on February 27, the last "rearguard bataillon" left on February 28.
3 - "Regiment Of Marche" : wtf ? epic fail...
4 - "33. Waffen-SS Grenadierdivision" : again epic fail as the unit name was "33. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS "Charlemagne"...
5- the plan is just so wrong, as all the unit of the "Charlemagne" made their retreat by the north-west of the city
6- Monneuse was not an "SS-Hauptsturmführer" but a "Waffen-Hauptsturmführer" as he came in Germany as a Franc-Garde officer...
      7- bogus stamp...

Those kind of documents are so funny to dedunk ^_^

      See You

I'm surprised he hasn't been kicked off eBay for showing the swastika.

I bought one of his Charlemagne "stamp seals" last month just to see the quality of it and it is beyond garbage haha. It was only 5 dollars and I was curious haha...Definitely stay away from that guy.

The font that is used for that stamp says it all.

                            Best regards
