Hello all I have a photo of an officer and on the back of pic the only thing I can read is huaptman Danninger. Could anybody tell me the rest reads?
I can tell his is a NASDP party member but what other awards he is wearing I haven't a clue. Thanks and have a great day.. Mike

He is an "invisible" reserve officer. I find NO Imperial officer named Danninger, which means he was probably a young Lt dR then and an OLD Hauptmann dR in WW2.

Thanks Rick. This is the translation from one of the websites.. Strange. "Captain Danninger good yard Lipsko Poland".. "good yard" A mistranslation? Just curious. Mike
