Flemish legionair from Tolz

Here is a detail of a pic.
A picture of flemish legionair, Tolz student who is home on holiday or at least that is what I think.

It is printed on Gevaert Ridax paper and is 6cm x 8,5 cm.

Actually i hope it is his sister with him on the picture...
If not he has an excuse, in wartime you can't be too picky.

Either he is part of the Nachrichten or he really wants a special form of Schirmmütze.

Excellent photo, I think that may be his sister! any ideas what the small badge is at lower center of pocket next to the wound badge, or is it not even a badge at all?

Thanks for showing the photo! Rather than a badge next to the Wound Badge, it appears to me to show two holes, where another badge was usually pinned. This would likely have been the Tollenaere Memorial Badge of the Flemish VNV movement.

I guess Marc is correct. There is no other badge. Indeed it looks like a fix for a other medall.
