    Does it exist?

I never see original blanket EKI/EKII document, does it exist?

    Can you show that?

Blank original EK documents? I'm always a little sceptical of them so to be honest i've never paid them any attention. Given how cheaply you can get filled out ones i don't see the attraction.

Are you asking about a document that was specifically designed to simultaneously award both classes? If so, I wouldn't think one was ever made given that the EK2 was a prerequisite for the EK1. There are examples of standard documents that were improvised to show the award of both clasess. There is an HG example in Gordon's EK book that actually has the recipient being awarded both clasees at the same time. It is on page 157. Even though the presentation was improvised, I would think this a very rare example. I have seen plenty of examples of both clasess with the same award date - both awards were processed on the same day but using two different citations.

There's also the somewhat seldom EK documents where the class would be filled in or typed in, so it could be used as either 1st or 2nd class.

        Maybe that's what he means?
