Waited 2-3 weeks for this to arrive in the mail and finally came today, and I am very happy with it!
The Captain awarding the Lieutenant the EKI is wearing a CCC, probably among other awards I cannot see.

I colored it on Paint Shop Pro, got it from a seller on ebay whom I have always had luck with, and this Lieutenant for sure raised from EM to 1st Lt. by fighting bravely.
