W-SS color recruiting postcards, good ones??

I have these cards for at least about 15-20 years. They are printed on cheap, old looking paper, more or less identical but with subtile aging differences.

All have the same size: 9 x 13,8 cm

What do I have?...

These are postwar fakes. Waffen-SS and Legion subjects are prime areas of unscrupulous sellers trying to dupe collectors.

Hoffmann controlled the stock numbers on the back very carefully, and would never have identical numbers on so many different views.

Plus....the real postcards in the low 1000-series of numbers are completely unrelated to these color poster-types.
If I recall right, the real 1028 was assigned to a studio photo postcard of Hitler.

Yours are just four of ten different fakes with Waffen-SS or Legion motif, all number 1028, that I have seen. Who knows, there might be even more.
