I don't think there is any question on the signature and the album is also nice with the interior photos while in flight.

With 15% off the price, it is closer to a realistic price than which it is offered IMO.

That said, with the personal documentation and several captions recording names and locations allied to many of the photos, lends this to a very good potential research project.
