NH des Heeres doc needed for article

I am working on an article on the NH des Heeres. If anyone has an award document that shows the yellow Blitz on it who would be willing to send me a scan for the article I would really appreciate it. And if you have an award doc for any other award to one, like a KV medal, etc. that would be great too. Your name will be listed in the thanks section!

Could you explain more? - Never seen or heard of an award doc with the Blitz-symbol.

It is the document for completion of their training. Thies had one for sale last year but I missed it. It is an elaborate document with the Blitz broach on the center.
