Greetings all- I recently picked up some original US Top Secret documents that I believe have quite a bit of historical value. Now I need to figure out what to do with them! The documents are the original "after action reports" of the sinking of Japanese submarine I-52. The I-52, dubbed the "gold sub", was enroute to German occupied France with a cargo of over 2 tons of gold. The gold was to be traded to Germany for materials and technology needed to construct a "dirty bomb" which was to be deployed against mainland USA. --- there is way to much information about this sub for a post on this forum, hell if you google it there are almost 6 millon results! - there is even a National Geographic documentary about the I-52! Anyway, these papers are signed by all the major players involved including the pilots... all stamped "Top Secret" - my question is what to do with them!?!? I'll probably put them for sale, but have no idea of value or what venue to use! Any thoughts?

I think something of what you have is more generated to
someone who collects US operations WWII submarine warfare
memorabilia. You might want to contact the USS Nautilus museum in
Groton CT. for information. They maybe able to steer you at least in
the right direction. Good luck
