They are the collar tabs from Leutnant to Oberst.

could be panzerabwehr or aufklarer? close up?

The exact rank is indicated by the shoulderstraps, in this case Oberleutnant. As mentioned, they appear to have the Anti-Tank "P" devise mounted, which would mean the Waffenfarbe of both tabs and straps would be pink.
