Urkunde signatures

Hi guys i am hoping someone knows any of these signatures any help will be very much appreciated thanks

The first one is Generalleutnant Otto Tiemann RKT (later General der Pioniere). Although not a Commander of II Armeekorps he has signed it as a representative of i.V.
He was the Commander of 93 Inf.Div. at the time and also Armeekorps Tiemann of which both came under II Armeekorps around this time.

The second one is Major Werner True DKiG.

Are these Urkunde to the same man? Both Tiemann and True were in units under II Armeekorps, 16 Armee at the time.

Thanks Ian for your great knowledge yes these 2 are to the same man the first one you named was for a KVK2 and the other one was for a ostmedaille cheers Ian i dont own them yet just agreeing a price
