Hotel Guestbook with Hess Sig

It appears to be a guestbook of some sort. It appears authentic to me.

Is the Hess sig hard to find? I have never seen one. Some other personalities are in it also.

I don't think Hess' signature is particularly hard to find, though it is usually pricy when you do, given his unique history! If anyone happens to know where he and his wife celebrated New Year's Eve in 1933, that would capture the location of where this guestbook is from.

The part with the Hess signature has, left from the date "26.-31.12.33" the abbreviation "Zsp." -

this could mean the location "Zugspitze" .

Don't think that would help as he left before the Silvester celebrations, otherwise the dates would have been "26.12.33 - 1.1.34" surely.

The seller did say it is from Southern Germany.

I did look on the net at Hess autographs and the prices were crazy. I figured I should check in here for the real deal on it.
