Fraud alert!!!

I'm the owner of this document and I haven't planned selling it so far as it has arrived just today at my Argentine residence after being in the mail for almost 3 weeks.
The former owner is a good friend of mine from Germany. He's a very reliable person and would never sell something twice.
Neither my friend nor I offered you the document with the EKII. Obviously is a defrauder behind all that.
May I ask who offered you the set?
