Nice document.However I too believe it says Krebs.But this Krebs was not the leader of the 19. SS-Standarte at that time.He signed it with i.v. which means'' in vertretung''.He was assigned to write and sign this letter on behalf of the leader of the Standarte.
I checked the book from Mark Yerger on the Allgemeine SS and in the time period 43 there were two leaders.Both Standartenführer.

Maybe somebody could check the dienstalten/rang liste or the SS officers files for the Obersturmbannführer Krebs

It would be interested if it could be found out why or for what reason did he signed this document "in vertretung" on behalf of the commander of the 19 SS Standarte at the time in 1943?
