I need help... Feldpostnummber SS, please!

Hello! I have a SS-Feldpostkarte of November 3, 1940. It has the Feldpostnummber 16192 and the letter is addressed to SS-Rottenführer H. Amendt, of the SS-Totenkopf Pionier-Bataillon.
Does anyone have information on the Feldpostnummer 16192? Could anyone tell me more about H. Amendt?
