intrigued me the note under his uniform of Max Simon at the beginning of this very interting topic:

Max Simon (in Padua from May to June 1947 by a British court) was sentenced to death for the killings of civilians of Sant'Anna di Stazzema and Marzabotto and then released in 1954, then again on trial in Germany for the hanging of 3 German in Brettheimer in April 1945, the process is not ended by his death in 1961 .... I try to find out who was his lawyer in Italy ...
