SS AO badge (Raute) worn ID

Guys, I need you help on this one. A seldom seen Armbadge "AO" (Auslandsorganisation) of the NSDAP wearing the cufftitle: Landesgruppe Italien. Do you have any ideas about the ID of this guy. The photo was made in Milan (Italy). Thanks in advance!

Not so rare. Here's one being worn by SS-Oberführer Bernhard Ruberg of the AO. Photos of Bohle wearing the AO diamond are reasonably common.

Very interesting guys, many thanks! Max, I am a bit surprised about the rarity of it. I have seldom seen this kind of armbadge in wear and above all: The cufftitle is alsways almost invisible. I do not remember also to ahve seen a Landsgruppe Italien before...

I was referring to the AO sleeve diamond. I've seen several in photos. Bohle is seen wearing it (for obvious reasons!)

Here's Bohle wearing the sleeve diamond. On p160 of my SS Leadership Corps book, he is seen wearing it in three different photos in SS uniform.
