Very nice! The Sturmbannführer must be Harry Polewacz, commander of I./Nordland. It didn't look like him at first, based on the most common portraits, but I have a rare image of him from which the resemblance is clear. -

The man who is standing looks a little to be the volunteer from Nordschleswig Friedrich Christiansen who went missing in Hungaria in 1945.

Hi Lars,
It sure looks like Christiansen, but it probably isn't. The photo from Andy's site shows a Schütze/Panzergrenadier with the Wound Badge. This means he's seen some action, and isn't a new recruit. The man in the photo is a Sturmmann, and presumably hasn't seen much action by Christmas, 1940. I suppose it is possible that Christiansen was one of the early volunteers, who served in the Western Campaign, and got the Wound Badge, and then was promoted to Sturmmann on say, November 9, 1940, and was present for this photo. However, only a dozen or so Nordschleswigers were in the Western Campaign.

Yes your right, i also notised that the man on my photo dont have the Wound badge.
Yes there were not many danes involwed in the western campaign, i only know a few.
