Anyone has period pictures of soldiers with toys. I found this amazing pic of 113 kill ace, Hans Dammers, RK trager who put his medals on a Steiff bear during his leave. Please share if you have similar pics. Jacques

At first glance with those stripes, I thought concentration camp. But when I saw the uniform hanging on the wall, it was obvious- no way are these the 'inmates'. So were pajamas like these issued to all German military? I think the American army just got issued skivvies (underwear) but not pajamas.

I would say they are patients in a lazarett. There seems to be tinsel and other stuff hanging from the ceiling so it could be around Xmas time.

The toy trucks all have the same look and size suggesting they were made at a toy factory and the soldiers are getting them ready to send out as presents.
