He is wearing a Heer belt buckle and IAB and may be Heer Infantry accepted into Waffen SS???? this in its self not shouting fake but I don't get a good feeling for some reason looking at it? TK on cap looks kinda funny and it may be my monitor but looks like three button closure? wonder what others think?

Btw, even private postcards can have several copies. From Andrew and Michael's comments, this isn't one from before May 1945.

Hello Kevin.

The Totenkopf and eagle is the Dachau type. They look odd in person let alone on a photo. Obviously they are real but I don't like them!
