It is a Draft Card

On May 05, 1945 he is drafted into the Wehrmacht for May 09, 1945 - A day after the Wehrmacht ceased to exist.

I think there are even later documents, some of which may have been shown on the forum in past years. The Allies did not formally disband the Whermacht until 1946.

Yes, and in some areas(sometimes backwaters, sometimes burghs of bigger cities) admin when on for months and months much as it had for the previous 12 years. I have documents that were still employing Third Reich stamps into the late 40's.
