Great document. I have seen a handful of KVK citations over the years with recipients details but I would have to agree they are probably rarer than EKs with "actions", despite the number awarded relative to the EK. That said, it seems a lot of citations were prepared with "details" in the Caucasus in late 1942. I have seen more than five from around this time.
