EK Citations With Recipient's Actions

    Great document. I have seen a handful of KVK citations over the years with recipients details but I would have to agree they are probably rarer than EKs with "actions", despite the number awarded relative to the EK. That said, it seems a lot of citations were prepared with "details" in the Caucasus in late 1942. I have seen more than five from around this time.

      It is the signature of Walter Stettner Ritter von Grabenhofen (RK). As mentioned it is while he was Divisionsführer, not Kommandeur so he may of held the position while awaiting official confirmation for that position.
