EKI Spange doc

I went looking through other sites and found an EKI spange document. Comments please, Jim

Jim - This document is good as well. The fact that it is addressed to a Hauptmann is what you'd expect. His award is the result of the division fighting in France.

It's especially interesting that it is a Spange citation set up to be used for either Klasse.
