Whose autograph?

This item came with a 1947 Bristish zone pass and some pictures of Poland, the picture does not glow under UV light (front and rear) the autograph appears to be in a gold pen, so I am guessing it belongs to someone who was still alive after WW2, any ideas?

I'm not sure, but it looks like a ghastly fake Hitler autograph...

This is a printed Hitler signature off the flyleaf cover of a photo book. It's not an autograph.
